        You can file bankruptcy to save your home and stop foreclosure.  With regular income you can resume making your monthly mortgage payments and make payments towards the mortgage arrears (missed payments) so that eventually you are current with your mortgage company.  There is no need to lose your home!  Additionally, you can improve your budget and cash flow by surrendering your car or other secured collateral.
