Judge Hopkins passed the Ft. Myers Bankruptcy torch to Judge Delano this month. Judge Hopkins was the last remaining interim Judge presiding in Ft. Myers after Judge Adams departed. Judge Hopkins will continue to preside in the Southern District of Ohio.
